Additionally, we list your contact details, such as address, telephone or email address, so that members can contact you directly. If you wish your contact details to be excluded from the Birth Brief Booklet please complete your preference below: I AGREE that you may publish my address, telephone or email in the Birth Brief Booklet I DO NOT wish my address, telephone or email to be published in the Birth Brief Booklet Current members may also request contact details of other members who link/may link with them in order to further their research. Contact details are never given to ex-members / non-members - instead the Society will contact you in these cases with the details of the person making the request. It is then up to you whether you wish to contact them direct. Family History Details As part of your Membership you may send details of your own research to enable our archivist to match against information already held in our database. You must submit only material which belongs to you and which will not violate the property or other rights of other people or organisations. By submitting material to The Metcalfe Society, you grant The Metcalfe Society a licence to host and provide access to such material, allow hosting and access on co-branded services of that material, and to use the data contained in that material as search results and to integrate that data into the Services offered by The Metcalfe Society or publish such data as it deems appropriate. An automated filtering tool will be used on our online databases to suppress and omit from display information submitted which appears in our best judgement to pertain to a living person*, and such information will not be published or passed onto any member or non-member without first obtaining your express written permission. This agreement will extend to all material previously submitted to The Metcalfe Society.
